Misconduct and Incident Reporting information 2016

All referees, including Club Based Referees (CBR), are required after issuing a yellow card (caution) or red card (sending off) to complete a misconduct report – see resources below.

The New Zealand Football Disciplinary Code requires all misconduct offences to be reported by the allocation of a reporting code (alphabetical and numerical).

All other match incidents including but not limited to ground reports, abandoned games and second red card offences, but not yellow or red card offences (except codes R4 and R10-R15) are to be reported by way of a match report – see resources below.
